Philip Avitabile, CEO

Philip Avitabile is the Chief Executive Officer of Triboro Maintenance. Mr. Avitabile is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Triboro Maintenance, and he takes a hands-on approach to leadership in order to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and objectives. Mr. Avitabile has extensive knowledge of building systems and maintenance services, and over 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Triboro in 1984, Mr. Avitabile was the vice president of maintenance for Kraus maintenance services.

Mr. Avitabile holds an associate degree from NYC Technical college.

Joanne Meyreles, Senior Project Manager

Joanne Meyreles, a Project Manager at Triboro Renovation & Construction, has been with Property Resources Corporation for 12 years. Prior to joining the Triboro Renovation & Construction team, she worked as an Administrative Assistant to the C.F.O. of PRC Management. Currently, Joanne oversees all of Triboro’s work for the Association for the Help of Retarded Children. Ms. Meyreles holds a Property Management certification from Bronx Community College.
